(***) Trainee/AHP: An official letter of the institution (PDF format), originally stamped and signed by the head of the department confirming this status must be uploaded during the registration process/A copy of your AHP ID must be uploaded during the registration process.
What do the registration fees include:
Full Registration
- Participation in all scientific sessions
- Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception
- Entrance to the Exhibition
- Refreshments as per times indicated in the program
- Conference materials
- Certificate of attendance (sent via email after the conference)
Payment Methods:
Once you have completed your registration, you may choose the method of payment. We preferably accept credit card payments (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), if necessary bank transfer payments can be accepted until November 08, 2025.
Payments can be made in Euros currency only. Credit card statements will show the vendor/merchant as Kenes and will show the amount in Euros.
Bank transfer must arrive within 5 days from the date of registration and in any case before the expiry date of the selected rate. If payment is made after the deadline for the selected rate, the registration fee will be automatically updated and a supplementary payment will be required.

Please ensure that the name of the meeting and the name of the participant are stated on the bank transfer.
Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source in addition to the registration fees.
Registration Cancellation Policy:
Note: in case of cancellation at any stage, Bank transfer handling fee (30 EUR) will not be refunded (applicable to Bank Transfer payments only)
All cancellations requests must be made in writing before the deadlines below to the Registration department of the Congress Secretariat at reg_interplay25@kenes.com.
Refund of registration fees will be as follows:
- Cancellations received until and including September 11 – full refund.
- Cancellations received between September 12 to October 30 – 50% will be refunded.
- From October 31 – no refund will be made.
